Designed and manufactured for The Lodge, a music production company in New York and London. An MP3 player, two speakers and a minijack are seamlessly built into the chair. The subwoofer and volume controls are integrated into the side table.

Users experience the music first hand by sitting in this truly interactive and experiential piece. The chairs lightly resonate with the music, helping create a better connection with the user. Although the main functionality of the chairs relies on a prominent device (Apple iPod™), the seamless integration with that product and the clean lines create a piece in its own right that is neither technological nor "geeky." The combination of the unique functionality and design are a real invitation for the user to sit down to "touch and feel" the music. In fact the chairs convey a real statement for the client, and are a physical embodiment of their brand and product.
