Fleur de Sel
Evolving Fleur de Sel, the renowned restaurant in the Flatiron district of New York City, reinforced what the place was known for authentic and clean flavors, impeccable service, genuine caring and brought a touch of modernity and elegance.
We paid tribute to Brittany, the source of inspiration for the cuisine. We researched and reinterpreted Breton traditions and symbols. For example, we simplified traditional patterns and motifs for decorative details, and used vernacular and rustic materials in modern shapes and applications.
The result is a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere that emanates a unique, warm and inviting country modern feel. Lighting is key to the experience along with a few signature pieces such as the central wine table.
