From Manhattan by foot

With the L train + 20 mns walk (most direct connection from Manhattan: 3 stations from Union Square)

Take L to Bedford Avenue Station.
Walk down Bedford Avenue through McCarren Park until it ends at Manhattan Avenue.
Take a left on Manhattan Avenue until Meserole Street.
Take a right on Meserole.
Cross McGuiness Boulevard.
Continue until Humboldt Street.
We are at the corner at 810 Humboldt Street in the two-floor brick building marked: "Greenpoint Wood Exchange."
The entrance is on the Humboldt side (small grey door).
Our studio is on the second floor.

The walk takes 15-20 mn through picturesque Williamsburgh and Greenpoint.
If weather is bad or time is too tight, please call us and we will pick you up at the L train. Or you can take a cab at Northside Car Service (Bedford Avenue and North 6th Street)

With the G train + 10 mns walk (if your train connection from Manhattan makes it easy)

Take G train to Nassau station.
Walk on Nassau Avenue towards McGuiness Boulevard (opposite side of Manhattan).
Cross McGuiness Boulevard and continue until Humboldt Street.
Take a left on Humboldt Street.
Walk for two blocks until Meserole Street.
We are at the corner at 810 Humboldt Street in the two-floor brick building marked: "Greenpoint Wood Exchange."
The entrance is on the Humboldt side (small grey door).
Our studio is on the second floor.

From Manhattan by car

From downtown

Take Williamsburg Bridge (not toll).
Right after bridge continue onto BQE/Route 278 East.
Exit BQE shortly after Williamsburg Bridge at Exit 33 (Humboldt Street, McGuiness Boulevard).
Follow McGuiness Boulevard direction, NOT Humboldt Street direction.
Travel down McGuiness Boulevard for about one mile until Calyer Street (just before Keyfoods).
Take a right on Calyer Street.
Go straight for 5 blocks until Humboldt Street.
Take a right on Humboldt Street and drive for less than one block.
We are at the corner of Humboldt Street and Meserole Street in the two-floor brick building marked: "Greenpoint Wood Exchange."
The entrance is on the Humboldt side (small grey door).
Our studio is on the second floor.

From Midtown

Take Midtown Tunnel (toll).
When exiting the tunnel, be sure to stay in right lane and take toll lane on the right side.
Right after toll, take exit 13 (Pulaski Bridge) on the right.
Just after exit, take an immediate right under the bridge.
Follow signs for Pulaski Bridge around a few blocks in Long Island City.
Drive onto Jackson Avenue.
Take a right onto Pulaski Bridge.
Pulaski Bridge turns into McGuiness Boulevard.
Continue straight on McGuiness Boulevard for 1/2 mile.
Pass Greenpoint Avenue.
Take a left on Calyer Street (just after Keyfoods).
Go straight for 5 blocks until Humboldt Street.
Take a right on Humboldt Street and drive for less than one block.
We are at the corner of Humboldt Street and Meserole Street in the two-floor brick building marked: "Greenpoint Wood Exchange."

From uptown

Take Queensboro bridge (no toll).
Take Jackson Ave exit.

* If you come from lower level:
At Bridge exist on Queens Plaza, drive parallel to bridge for 3 or 4 blocks.
Take right on Jackson Boulevard (you might see sign for "PS1 Institute for Contemporary Art").
Continue on Jackson Boulevard for a short mile until 11th Street (You will pass the Citibank building and "PS1" on the right).
Take a left onto Pulaski Bridge.

* If you come from upper level:
Take left on Jackson Ave (in front of Citibank building).
Continue on Jackson Boulevard for a few blocks until 11th Street (You will pass "PS1" on the right).
Take a left onto Pulaski Bridge.

Pulaski Bridge turns into McGuiness Boulevard.
Continue straight on McGuiness Boulevard for 1/2 mile.
Pass Greenpoint Avenue.
Take a left on Calyer Street (just after Keyfoods).

Take BQE/Route 278 East.

From Long Island / JFK by car

From JFK take 678 North/ Van Wick Expressway until 495 West/ Long Island Expressway (LIE).
Take 495 West/ LIE until exit 16, Greenpoint Avenue.
Stay on left ramp, parallel to the LIE.
At light take a left on Greenpoint Avenue.
Drive on the overpass over the LIE.
Follow Greenpoint Avenue until it becomes a one way street (opposite direction) and take a right on Bradley Avenue for a block.
Take a left on Van Dam Avenue until it merges again into Greenpoint Avenue.
Pass the Greenpoint Bridge.
Continue until the large treatment plant (with giant silver domes).
At plant take left on Humboldt Street.
Follow Humboldt Street for two blocks until the intersection of Humboldt Street and Meserole Street at 810 Humboldt Street.
Our building is a large two-floor brick building with a huge “Greenpoint Wood Exchange” sign.
The entrance is on the Humboldt side (small grey door).

From Boston/Providence by car

Drive I-95 South
Take Exit 14 in NY just before entering New York City, direction Hutchinson Parkway South/ Whitestone Bridge.
Pass the Whitestone Bridge (toll bridge).
Follow 678 South/ Van Wick Expressway.
Continue until exit 12B, direction 495 West/ Long Island Expressway (LIE)/ Midtown Tunnel.
Follow 495 West/ LIE until exit 16, Greenpoint Avenue.
Stay on left ramp, parallel to the LIE.
At light take a left on Greenpoint Avenue.
